Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

🎨 Processing Time

  • All of our products are made-to-order and customized based on your design and details.

  • Production typically takes 3–5 business days after order confirmation and artwork approval.

  • During peak seasons or for large custom orders, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other Emirates.

  • Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after production is complete.

  • Express or same-day delivery may be available within Dubai (additional charges apply).

  • Deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely arrival of your items.

📦 Packaging

All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Large items such as backdrops and cutouts may be shipped in protective sheets or cartons depending on size and material.

🕒 Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Sunday to Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
No deliveries are made on public holidays or Fridays unless arranged in advance.

🎁 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp or email notification with your tracking details.
For custom orders, our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

🚫 Delays or Issues

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
We will notify you immediately if your delivery is affected and do our best to resolve it quickly.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before checkout.
My Designs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
